Terms of Use
Welcome to StretchPrep. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the StretchPrep iOS app and the website stretchprep.rocketcode.app, both published by Antoine Conan, sole trader operating under the trade name "Stackwise" (registered in France, SIRET 994 535 060 00010). By downloading, installing or using the app, you accept these Terms. They are written to be readable; if anything is unclear, write to [email protected].
1. The service
StretchPrep is an iOS app that lets you build and run your own stretching routines. You can compose routines from a library of illustrated stretches, set timed holds or breath cycles per block, organize routines into folders with tags and favorites, export them as PDF, and follow a routine with a guided block-by-block player. All your content is stored on your device — see the Privacy Policy for details.
2. Not medical or health advice
StretchPrep is a planning and guidance tool. It does not provide medical advice, physiotherapy, rehabilitation programs, or personalized fitness coaching. The stretches, sequences, hold durations and intensities you assemble are entirely under your responsibility. Stretching involves physical effort; performed incorrectly or excessively, it can cause injury. If you have a medical condition, an injury, or before starting a new physical practice, consult a qualified health professional. Stop immediately if you feel pain. Professionals (physiotherapists, coaches, teachers) who use StretchPrep to prepare sequences for clients remain solely responsible for the safety and suitability of what they deliver.
3. Your content
The routines, names, tags and sequences you create are yours. We claim no rights over them. Because they are stored locally on your device, we have no access to them. If you choose to share a routine as a PDF, you are responsible for the content of that document.
4. Subscription (Pro)
Free use of StretchPrep is limited to 3 routines and 3 custom templates, with a partial stretch library. To unlock unlimited routines, the full stretch library, audio preview and the gong, you may subscribe to StretchPrep Pro. Two options are offered, both billed through the App Store:
- Monthly subscription — auto-renewing every month.
- Yearly subscription — auto-renewing every year, the best value.
The exact price displayed in the app is the price you will be charged, in your local currency, according to the storefront associated with your Apple ID.
Free trial
Where offered, a free trial is available to new subscribers (its duration is shown in the app before purchase). If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically and you will be charged the displayed price.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renewal. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Otherwise, Apple will debit your account for the next period within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; periods already paid remain accessible until they expire.
Billing and refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Refund requests are governed by Apple's App Store policy; Stackwise has no control over App Store refund decisions and invites you to contact Apple Support directly.
5. Respectful use
You agree not to use StretchPrep to infringe the rights of others or to produce or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or likely to harm a third party. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.
6. Availability
The app works primarily offline, so its availability does not depend on our servers. The subscription verification flow (RevenueCat + App Store) requires an internet connection to validate a purchase or restore. We do not guarantee 24/7 availability of third-party services and cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by them.
7. Intellectual property
The StretchPrep app, the website and their underlying code, design, illustrations of stretches, fonts, and texts are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Stackwise / Antoine Conan, except for components subject to third-party licenses (notably RevenueCat SDK). You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app within the limits of these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights:
- StretchPrep is provided "as is", without express or implied warranty other than those imposed by law.
- Our total liability, all damages combined, is capped at the total amount you have paid for StretchPrep during the twelve (12) months preceding the triggering event, or at one hundred (100) euros if you have made no purchase.
- We disclaim any liability for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of profit, reputational harm, etc.).
This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or for bodily injury caused by our fault.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, the law, or our activity. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use of StretchPrep after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, and without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in your country of residence (notably for EU consumers, who may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of domicile), the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
